Building the Vessel - Part 2: The Philosophy & The Enigma

Although science exploration has changed, the underlying philosophy has not. The underlying philosophy is that all experience is within human logic (logical). This means all experience and philosophy (from this perspective) is subject to human logic and authority - subjective. Even with the advent Quantum mechanics, the underlying philosophy is still subjective. It's from this classical (subjective) perspective that "the scientific method was developed and is still based. Eventhough, there is now significant evidence to show that this is no long the reality.

Most science that people see and are taught is subjective science, based in the subjective scientific method and classical thought. The classical method backs abstract theoretic's with empirical evidence (a fusing of the two European schools of thought). Essential experimental evidence is used to back abstract theories. This classical standard looks only at evidence that supports a particular theory, other evidence is dismissed as either erroneous or anomalous. Under classical theory, in order for something to exist (scientifically) is needs to be both seen and measured (defined). If something is seen, but not defined - it doesn't exist.

To understand the formation of classical (subjective) philosophy, one needs to develop a brief understanding of where it came from - it's history. The history of thought can be divide into two eras; 1. Divine, and 2. Humanistic. The first era is the longest, accounting for most of human history, and the second is still with us. The divine thought is given to man, via visions and divine revelation (Revelation simple means to reveal or to show). Although the Greeks were the first to introduce philosophical thought, (thought generated by humans and not a divine revelation), it failed to develop. In fact, it had to start again, but not until around 1800 - when the control of Rome was no longer an issue.

The irony is that the term modern thought (verses classical) is not modern. The period referred to as classical is the thought (philosophy) developed around 1800, modern thought follows directly after in the period that surrounded 1900. (Post 1950 is post-modern.) However, although the terms for thought changed - there was no real evolution - it was all still fundamentally, classical. Classical thought differentiates itself only in the authority - authorizing truth. In divine thought (revelation) it was the priests, holy men and instruments of the gods. In classical thought, the structures of the priesthood were adopted from the Roman Catholic church, and these offices of academia became the authorities. These structures and authorities remain to this date - without change.

In the research into the construction of the vessel, it became clear that a new structure - an objective structure - was required. This structure needed to (without being subject to any authority) be able to find and see the truth (reality). If classical thought was the vessel of subjective philosophy - then this vessel would need to be the vessel of objective philosophy. This is the enigma - because of the reality of objective philosophy - the vessel is both a real object and the philosophy. This has been the goal (and design) of the vessel - Delta R&D, Inc. - The Theory (a real object and objective philosophy).
